How to Use Kegel Balls

Insert the ball inside you: Probably the most breathtaking step. Inserting the ball might feel difficult at first and it might hurt if you haven’t used adequate amount of lube on it. When you have inserted the first kegel ball, proceed to insert the second one and use your vagina muscles to hold them both in.
